I love the Friyay movement as much as anyone. 👏🏻
So many good things come on Friday: More time with loved ones, special events like concerts and parties, fun memories, two days off, most people are relaxing and having fun…and it just has good vibes. 💃🏼 Since a young age, we’ve been conditioned to work hard Monday-Friday, then we can kick our heels up and party. 🎉 But what about for those who work weekends? What if they’re off on Monday? Their Monday is likely less “a case of the Mondays” and more like #Monyay. What if someone likes their job, or perhaps it’s their only time to have community with others? Don’t they live with a spirit of #Monyay? My son walked for the first time last week on #Tuesyay, #Wednesyay we danced, and #Thursyay I rocked him to sleep. #Saturyay we slept in and had this most decadent (and healthy!) carrot cake, and #Sunyay we had a fun day at the splash pad.
